山盛りのカボス

ここ数日会う人ごとにカボスをいただき山盛りになりました。

さすが大分県の特産品。

庭にカボスがある家庭も多いのでスーパーで購入しなくても「我が家のカボス」が出回ります。

うちの庭にもカボスの木があるのですが、今年は全然実をつけなかったので助かります。

いっぱいいただいたのでカボスポン酢に初挑戦してみようかな。

Many households have kabosu tree in their gardens, so "our kabosu" are available even if you don't buy them at the supermarket.

I also have a kabosu tree in my yard, but it did not bear any fruit this year.

Since I got a lot of kabosu, I think I will try to make kabosu vinegar for the first time.
